An immersive approach to support early recovery. Make a one month commitment to explore healing a strained relationship between food, moody, and body. Includes a 90 minute nutrition assessment and 4 weekly 60 minute follow ups.

This package is supportive for individuals that are curious or committed to the work involved in the recovery process. This package is not excluded to individuals with eating disorders! ​

The Nutrition
This bundle is for people that are ready to overhaul their way of interacting with food on a larger scale.
Folks who struggle with meal execution, need to make drastic dietary changes, or are interested in started to cook from home are good fits for this deal.
This is a unique way to work with a dietitian. The bundle includes a trip to your kitchen!
Kitchen Revamp
This package consists of a nutrition assessment (1 hour), a session in your kitchen (1+ hour), and 2 virtual follow ups (1 hour). Follow ups are scheduled at your preferred date.
Our second session can be in your kitchen in person or virtually. Joining you in your kitchen offers me rapid insight that allows me to best support you.

Single Sessions
The primary appointment to get to know you, your health, and your goals. At the conclusion, we create a plan of action and follow up as needed.

60 minutes of education and counseling to ensure you can initiate breastfeeding with confidence.
