Founder of Roots Nutrition Therapy

Roots Nutrition Therapy LLC became a calling while my career oscillated between behavioral health, medical nutrition therapy, and kitchens. Each niche had a vastly different, and equally valuable, perspective surrounding food and nutrition.

These perspectives are my roots,

and my offerings have grown from them...

For nearly a decade, I have supported families and individuals in transforming their relationship to food and health. My nutrition therapy is informed by the significance of early childhood feeding, the psychological role in food choices, and how nutrition can support all realms of  health.

When all the roots fuse together, they

nourish the same life.

Thus, I evolved Roots.

Mental Health

All too often we conceptualize the body and health compartmentalized into systems. Improving mental health is accessible through integrative nutrition, an approach that supports your entire being.

Mental and emotional health are impactful on individuals eating patterns in many ways. For some, the impact can lead to a disordered relationship with food and body.
