Farm 1

As early as breastfeeding a baby is building an understanding, connection, and trust to their body.

You can help your child cultivate a healthy relationship with food that lasts a lifetime!

Early childhood is a time of rapid growth and development. While providing quality nutrition is known to be important, what about how we provide the nourishment?

Feeding evolves not only when introducing solids and cups, but also the groundwork for a relationship with food later in life. Unfortunately, this isn't always intuitive work. While it may feel like a win to maneuver a way to get vegetables in, it could contribute to a lifetime without them.

With a grounded understanding of what foods and how to offer them,  we can teach through example. If paired with trusting your child's eating intuition, food and nutrition issues, now and later, can be resolved before they start.

"Are they getting enough to eat?"

"Are they getting the nutrients they need?"

These questions express consistent concern among parents. Reasonably so - nutrition in infancy and early childhood is amongst the most important factors for healthy growth and development.

A nutrition assessment can offer insight and support to ensure your child's needs are met.
